Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Approximately 3-5 business days. If the item is out of stock, we will email you with an approximate build date and ship date.

Q: Can I place a custom order- I have a design I'd like you to make.

A: Yes! Please email us to start the process; be sure to include a daytime phone number along with a description of your idea.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order before it ships?

A: Once your order has been placed it can be cancelled at any time before it ships less a $39 cancellation fee.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: We hope that you decide to keep your one-of-a-kind artwork however in the event that you must return the item please email us for a Return Authorization (RAR) within 15 days from actual order date. After 15 days, no returns are possible. If there is an issue with the sizing of your ring, we would be happy to help resolve for a minimal charge plus shipping. Please state the reason why you are returning and keep the original shipping container. Please ship via an insured carrier that offers delivery confirmation as we cannot be held responsible for any merchandise that gets lost during shipping. Once we receive the merchandise in "as-it-left-the-store" condition, we will offer an exchange for another piece of equal or lesser value and/or store credit that you may use within 90 days. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds.
